Several of our guests return annually and the number of repeat visitors is
steadily growing. Since we regard this as the highest compliment, we are
always looking to improve our guests’ experience at our resort. The main

A few facts about the resort:
- Klövsjöfjäll Co was founded
in 1975 by Lars Backskog and family.- Today we have grown to a comfortable size which can house up
to 164 guests, in both hotel rooms and apartments.
We have 10 employees year-round on staff and during
the high season we employ 8 more.
Today…
During the last two years
Klövsjöfjäll has gone through a massive facelift that includes a relocated and completely new lobby and a new pub that more
than doubled its original square surface.
We also build ”Solterrassen”, a top-standard apartment building housing
eight top-standard flats for weekly rental.
In preparation for the 2006-2007 season:
We are currently building 3
more buildings, this time containing condominiums. They went on the market in March of ’06.
Every building contains 4 condominiums with a square area of 57m2
and 84m2. They are sold ready to move into, maintaining an impressively
high level of standard. The locations couldn’t be better as they are
only 60 to 120 feet away from the nearest ski lift. The concept of
”Ski in/Ski out” has never been more accurate.
Into the Future....
Looking at a bright future,
we continue to invest and next year we will commence building ”Skidterrassen II”, which will consist of 3 more buildings
containing a total of 12 condominiums each connected to the existing
”Skidterrassen”.
We will also continue renovating and improving the original buildings to
reach the same top-level standard on all our facilities During 2006 we connected with the British real estate developing company “Grosvenor Overseas”, which sells vacation living globally on the international market.
When we first were introduced to them, Grosvenor had been searching for a fitting place in Scandinavia to develop vacation living facilities. Their main criteria was nature, beautiful as well as untouched, and nature that stood out from what the conventional market had to offer.

The next few years
In the next few years “Secret Mountain”
is being marketed internationally and sales of the first condominiums starts in the fall of 2006.
Klövsjöfjäll is co-developing vacation living facilities with Grosvenor.
These facilities are in high demand internationally and especially on the
European market.
Starting next year we will initiate the 5 to 7 year building of 200 more
condominiums, many of which will be adjacent to current facilities.
A Skier’s Haven
Even though Secret Mountain is, and always will be, “A Skier’s Haven”, there isso much more to the Secret Mountain that all too few has had the chance to discover.
Our ambition is to transform Secret Mountain to a year-round facility, with the
main focus remaining on winter. If you are looking for the Real thing and appreciate the feeling of ‘coming home’ during your winter or summer vacation, we want Secret Mountain to be your first, and most natural, choice.
